'Our patch' is Te Aro & Wellington Central, where over 17,000 people live, many in the 125+ apartment buildings in our area. We're at the heart of everything, within easy walk to restaurants, cafes and iconic places such as Cuba Street and Lambton Quay. We're the home of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, the NZ Ballet and leading theatre companies. And our fantastic harbour is always only a few minutes walk away.
